nls: Use xgettext and msgmerge with --no-wrap.
Suggested by Benno Schulenberg <coordinator@translationproject.org>.
* po/guix/Makevars (XGETTEXT_OPTIONS): Add --no-wrap.
(MSGMERGE_OPTIONS): New variable.
* po/packages/Makevars (XGETTEXT_OPTIONS): Add --no-wrap.
(MSGMERGE_OPTIONS): New variable.
