gnu: qemu: Fix CVE-2017-9524.
* gnu/packages/patches/qemu-CVE-2017-9524.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/qemu.scm (qemu)[source]: Use it.
