gnu: json-glib: Fix 32-bit test failures.
* gnu/packages/patches/json-glib-fix-tests-32bit.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Register it.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (json-glib)[source](patches): New field.
